The traditional HDPE manifold use butt fusion saddle, or on site electrofusion saddle for the branches part with standard HDPE pipes. For bigger size, Smart Joint offers customer a HDPE manifold which the branch part are butt welds to a reinforced U-shaped hollow bar, it looks like several reducing tee machined from hollow bar are united together.
This type of one-piece made U-shaped HDPE manifold are used for water treatment and sea water desalinization.
